GrooveXpress
The specialty of this concept lies in combining DJ’s with live artists such as sax players, percussion players and vocalists. The first edition took place in the 2001 at Nighttown Theatre. After several smashing edititions Denniz was asked to continue these parties at Club Las Palmas. During two years, every third Saturday of the month the Go Play room was hosted by GrooveXpress. Nowadays GrooveXpress takes place every second Saturday of the month in one of Rotterdams finest clubs De Loft (www.deloft.nl). You can imagine that after three years combining his music with live elements Denniz became a specialist at this area. Nowadays it is possible to book the concept GrooveXpress in your club. Expect a pumping party when GrooveXpress goes on the run. A possible combination of different artists can be discussed.
